Until further notice, we do not accept orders for delivery to the following countries: Israel, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Iran.

The minimum order value is EUR 0.00.

For shipments to countries outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, as well as all potential export and import fees.

Delivery

We will ship the order as soon as all items are available in stock. Items marked as "available for immediate delivery" are usually shipped within 24 hours.

Transport damage

Please ensure that you receive an undamaged package from the delivery service. If necessary, open the package in the presence of the courier. Do not accept a torn or visibly opened package, as doing so means you have tacitly confirmed receipt in perfect condition. In case of doubt, note the courier's name.

Wir versenden die Sendung sobald alle Artikel am Lager verfügbar sind. Artikel, die als "sofort lieferbar" gekennzeichnet sind, werden in der Regel innerhalb von 24 Stunden versandt.

Transportschäden

Bitte unbedingt darauf achten, dass du vom Zusteller ein unbeschädigtes Paket bekommst. Gegebenenfalls dieses im Beisein des Zustellers öffnen. Nimm bitte keine aufgerissene oder offensichtlich geöffnete Sendung an, da du sonst stillschweigend den Erhalt in einwandfreiem Zustand bestätigt hast (im Zweifelsfall den Namen des Zustellers notieren).
